Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Best Bagged. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Cutoff Time Our daily order cutoff time is 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

3. Delivery Estimates & Warehouse Locations We ship from our dual warehouse locations in the USA and China. Your delivery timeframe depends on your location and the warehouse from which the item is stocked:

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

       6–15 business days. (In USA)

     4-18 Business Day (Rest of the world) 

Express: 5-8 business day

  • Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier delays.

3.1. Express Delivery Shipping Fee & Delay Policy: 

  • Multiple Orders: Please note that if you place multiple separate orders, individual shipping fees may apply to each. Our team may contact you to coordinate shipping or discuss any necessary adjustments to your delivery costs.

  • Carrier Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that shipping schedules are managed by third-party carriers. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as cyclones, inclement weather, logistical issues, or transit delays.)

  • Refund Policy on Shipping: We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by carrier delays. However, please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, as these costs are paid directly to the courier services.

3.2. Multiple Shipments:

In our commitment to providing the most efficient service, please note that orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate packages. This approach allows us to expedite the delivery of each individual item as it becomes available from our various warehouse locations, rather than waiting for the entire order to consolidate.

You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment to ensure you can monitor the progress of every package in your order.

4. Shipping Rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4.1 Shipping Rate Adjustments: For shipments outside the USA, we may request additional shipping funds should the actual carrier rate significantly exceed the price displayed at checkout.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Best Bagged is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
